On the road Simferopol-Yevpatoria in the occupied Crimea an accident occurred with the participation of a minibus Ford and a car Shkoda Rapid, according to the Crimean "management" EMERCOM of Russia.

Representatives of all emergency services, including 1 branch of the 5th fire-rescue unit and the operational group of the 1st fire-rescue unit of the Federal Fire Service in the Republic of Crimea immediately went to the scene," reads the report.
According to preliminary data, 9 people were injured in the accident, including 5 children.
“Two children in serious condition were taken to the Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (at the Children's Clinical Hospital in Simferopol). Two more are in the traumatology and orthopedic department and surgery, one child is placed in the neurosurgical department," said Sergei Astankin, director of the Crimean Center for Catastrophes and Emergency Medicine under the Kremlin's control.
Reportedly, an increase has been observed in statistics on the number of road accidents in the last five years in the Russia-occupied Crimea. Number of accidents with the injured increased by 2.5 times.
