Yesterday the border guards of the ‘Kyiv’checkpoint in Borispol airport seized two foreigners who were trying to illegally cross the Ukrainian border.
When issuing a plane ticket "Kiev - London" the border guards started having doubts concerning authenticity of a passenger’s documents. As it turned out, a Turkish citizen was trying to travel using someone else's passport, namely a French one. Police were informed on the incident with the man having being fined under the court ruling.
Another man, a native of Nigeria, who tried to get on the flight "Kiev - Dubai" was also seized during border control as the law enforcement inspection discovered his fake residence permit to stay on the Ukraine's territory. The man was also taken to the police department.
