Pro-Russian terrorists have announced the introduction their own "administration" at the Ukrainian enterprises in ORDLO, according to the Russian publication "Interfax".
“At the enterprises with Ukrainian jurisdiction in the DPR, the external management to be introduced starting from 00:00 on March 1,” the so-called "Council of Ministers" of the "DPR" terrorists informed.
At the same time, the illegal formation of the "LPR" informed that from now on, due to an external administrator of the terrorists, "the taxes from these businesses will go into the budget of the republic."
Reference: Among the enterprises currently operating in the Ukrainian territory, occupied by militants, are Yenakiyevo Steel Plant and Khartsyzk Pipe Plant belonging to the group "Metinvest", Yasinuvata and Makiivka coke plants and Donetsk Metallurgical Plant belonging to the group "Donetskstal" and Alchevsk Iron and Steel plant. Also, there are more than 20 operating mines, integrated in the energy sector of Ukraine. In all these enterprises the employees are paid wages in UAH through the Ukrainian banks.
Earlier, QHA as reported, that pro-Russian terrorists under their "decree" of February 27, oblige enterprises of Ukraine to enter into a contract with the formations tax agents until March 1. In the case of incompliance with illegal "order", militants would replace the current management of the enterprises with administration they would control themselves.
Interior Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov, in an interview on February 20 said that the supply of raw materials from the occupied territories of Donbas does not fill the treasury of terrorist groups "DPR" and "LPR" as local businesses, including those in the occupied territory, are fully integrated in the Ukrainian economy and pay taxes to the state budget. He said that DTEK's enterprises pay to employees through the Ukrainian bank, which means that this money does not go out of Ukraine's economy.
The campaign of "trade blockade of the occupiers" began on January 25, when activists blocked the railway Luhansk-Lysychansk-Popasnaya in the section Gorne-Zolote, as well as the station Svetlanov, calling for the termination of trading with illegal armed groups. January 26 the prosecutor's office opened criminal proceedings into the fact of blocking the railroad in the Luhansk region on the demarcation line.
Later, the Minister of the temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons of Ukraine Vadym Chernysh stated that with their actions, supporters of the raw material supply blockade from the occupied areas of Donbas in fact help separatists to take control over industry in the uncontrolled Ukrainian territories.
