The judge of the Donetsk Court of Appeal, which was relocated to the territory controlled by Ukrainian government, city of Kramatorsk, Eduard Kaznacheyev went to occupied Donetsk, where he was abducted by militants, according to the message of People's Deputy of Ukraine, Coordinator of the group "Information Resistance" Dmitry Tymchuk on Facebook.
The Head of the Donetsk Court of Appeal Raisa Khanova provided information about the disappearance of the employee.
“He was kidnapped by the "DPR" militants when he went to visit his house on the outskirts of the occupied Donetsk," the People's Deputy said.
The kidnapped judge Kaznacheyev has already appeared on the air of the Youtube channel controlled by the militants, where he called on Ukraine to "seek common ground" with the "DPR" terrorists.
Dmitriy Tymchuk reminded that the Ukrainian security Service SBU had previously expressed dissatisfaction with the decisions of the territorial courts of Donbas taken against the accomplices of terrorists, and suggested that such cases should not be considered in local courts.
Earlier, April 3, the Directorate General of Intelligence of Ukraine reported that the Russian Federal Security Service is assisting terrorists in the Donbas, carrying out detentions of local residents on minor occasions and sending them to the commandant's offices of militants for recruitment.
