IS claimed responsibility for the church attack in France

The terrorist organization stated that the church had been attacked by "two warriors."

According to the Associated Press report, IS terrorist group claimed responsibility for the hostage-taking in the church in the French city of Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray.

- "Islamic state" declares that the Church of France was attacked by ‘two warriors' of the group, - the report says.

As QHA reported earlier, the church was captured today afternoon in the French city of Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray (Normandy). Two men armed with knives took a priest and parishioners hostages. Later, law enforcement agencies reported that the invaders had cut the priest's throat.
