Human Rights Watch accused Russia of war crimes

The International Organization for Human Right receives information from Syrian residents on war crimes by the military of the Russian Federation.

The international human rights organization Human Rights Watch said Russia had violated the war laws in Syria by having struck the territory of the Syrian province of Homs at least twice Oct. 15.

This is stated in a report Oct. 25, reports TSN. Human rights defenders cite a local resident as saying that as a result of air strikes 59 civilians have been killed, including 33 children and the local commander of the armed opposition group. Russia keeps bombing civilians.
