According to Alexander Hug, first Deputy Head of the OSCE, the incident happened on Thursday, April 7.
- A serious incident occurred yesterday when a car of the OSCE SMM was shelled and destroyed outside the town of Snezhnoe. Later, the militants of the so-called "DPR" stopped our mission by turning guns on the observers, said Hug during a press conference as cited by "Ukrinform."
The OSCE spokesman hasn’t disclosed the details on the victims, but said "such incidents are unacceptable."
As QHA reported earlier, the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine reported that the terrorists of the so-called "DPR" and "LPR" plot an information attack in order to discredit the employees of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission.
