Crimeans banned from walking in forests

A restriction on the citizens’ stay in the forests has been introduced due to a high fire risk recorded in the annexed peninsula June, 25 2016.

June, 25 Crimea is in a grip of the abnormally hot weather. Therefore, in order to reduce the risk of emergency situations a 21-day restriction has been imposed on visits to the forest areas, as well as the vehicle entry.

- A 21-day ban has been imposed on the visits to the forests, except for drivethrough on public roads, reported the press service of the Emergency Situations Ministry in Crimea.

The failure to comply with the ban is fined RUB 1.5 -4 thousand.

Reminder: the "Administration" of the city of Yalta plans to build a summer cafe on the seafront at the site of a night club "Tornado" that burned down in 2005.
