The blast has occurred in the southern Turkish province of Mardin, reports Hurriyet Daily News.
The car bomb blast, which occurred outside a military facility, killed one soldier and wounded ten others. The blast also damaged residential buildings in the area.
At the moment, two of the wounded soldiers are in a critical condition.
According to the Turkish military, militants of the banned Kurdistan Workers’ Party are behind the explosion.
It was reported earlier that a powerful blast, which occurred near a western entrance of the Ulu-Jami mosque in a Turkish spa town of Bursa on April 27, killed one and lightly wounded ten people.
