According to Dagens Nyheter, the blast occurred on February 17 at 9.35 p.m. local time (10.35 p.m. in Kiev) to the south-west of Stockholm, in the commune of Butshirka. According to local police, the blast blew out all the windows.

- No one was inside and there are no injuries. The center was closed in the evening, said a police spokesman.

He went on saying that no one has been arrested and as of now there are no suspects, BBC reported.

The Head of the Turkish Cultural Association in Butshirke said that, probably, an explosive device went off as the building was severely damaged from the inside.
