Russian universities no longer cooperating with Turkey

Today, close to fifty Russian higher educational institutions have stopped working with the Turkish universities.

Close to 50 Russian universities have stopped cooperation with the Turkish educational institutions, unilaterally breaking the contract, reported the Interfax, citing the press service of the Russia’s Education and Science Ministry.

- Currently, most of the 44 Russian universities cooperating with the Turkish educational institutions have already notified their Turkish partners about the termination or suspension of the cooperation agreements, reported the department press service.

According to the Ministry, 1,030 Turkish citizens studying at 123 Russia universities will continue their education.
