Such a decision was adopted by the State Council of the Republic on September 16, 2015 after approval of the resolution ‘On regulation of city planning activities in the Republic of Crimea’, RIA Krym reports.

Pursuant to the resolution, the documents required for expert examination of design documentation and/or engineering survey, obtaining a building license or permit for commissioning after building, remodeling and refurbishment of capital facilities, as well as other relevant documents will remain in force in Crimea until January 1, 2017, on equal ground with documents specified by the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation.

As noted in the explanatory note to the resolution, all the initial data, developed project documentation, expert reports and certificates authorizing a builder (customer) to carry out construction work, received before March 21, 2014, will be in force until the completion of construction projects, their commissioning and maintenance.
