Kyiv (QHA) -

Export of Ukrainian agricultural products to Iraq planned to be 50-70% up, said Mikola Prysiazhniuk, Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine, informs Ukrinform.

Primarily, the matter concerns grain crops, oil, meat, eggs and dairy products.

“We have received possibility to boost supplies of Ukrainian agricultural products to Iraq. It is planned to increase them by 50-70%, which proves an access of a wide range of agricultural products to the Iraqi market,” the Minister has said.

As reported, Iraq cancelled embargo for direct supplies of Ukrainian foodstuffs to its market, which will enable Ukrainian exporters to considerably economize on exports.
