During a meeting on the agricultural sector development and the problematic issues of the regional development, Ukraine and Israel have agreed on the supply of the Ukrainian products to Israel, reported the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.
- As a result of the talks we have agreed on the supply of beef and poultry to the Israeli market, said Pavlenko.
The Head of the Department went on saying the supply of eggs, which was halted in January this year, will be resumed as suspicions over Ukrainian products being infected with salmonella have not been confirmed.
- Israel is interested in Ukrainian products, said the Minister. Ukrainian enterprises are ready to resume the supply of eggs to Israel after a positive response by the Health Services of both countries.
Oleksiy Pavlenko also said Ukraine is open to cooperation with Israel on a free trade zone.
