Trade with the occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions has never been stopped and is officially carried out under the conditions agreed upon by the Cabinet and the SBU.
According to Deputy Minister on the Affairs of the Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons, Georgiy Tuka, trade with Donbas is regulated by a number of documents.
- Concerning trade with occupied Donbas and Luhansk regions. There has never been complete blockade! Have I discovered America? Exchange of goods is carried out under conditions, provided by certain documents (KMU, SBU), Tuka wrote on Facebook.
One of the trading terms, according to Tuka, is paying taxes to Ukraine.
- All the objects must be registered on the territory of Ukraine to pay taxes (including military tax). What's up with it? wrote Tuka.
As QHA reported earlier, the production decline in the Ukraine-controlled territories of Luhansk region has been stopped.
