Under Decree #810 of October 7 passed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, displaced persons are to prove they have no property outside Russia-annexed Crimea or an area where a counter-terrorist operation is currently underway to be eligible for partial compensation of the cost of renting property, reports Censor.нет.

According to the decree, displaced persons are to provide, among other documents, documentary proof that none of their family members have property outside Crimea, an area where a counter-terrorist operation is currently underway and in towns and villages located at the front line to qualify for partial compensation of rent cost.
