Sevastopol center is completely de-energized due to an accident in power grids, press office of the city government reports.

"Due to emergency repairs of Crimean Energy System power grids, a system automatic load shedding was put in place by a control engineer of Krymenergo company. As a result, there is no electricity on Pobedy avenue, Zhidilova and Ostryakova streets and Sevastopol downtown now," reads a statement.

According to the agency, Sevenergo company and the city authorities take measures to ensure warm residential buildings, as well as to "save the life support systems and function of social objects."
