The Director General of the portal "World of apartments" on the annexed peninsula Pavel Lutsenko noted that prices are just starting to grow.

Thus, the highest cost of renting real estate is in Yalta, in the village of Massandra and in Sevastopol. On average, long-term rent of apartments costs 32 thousand 707 rubles in Yalta (about 525 USD), 31 thousand 950 rubles in Massandra (about 512 USD) and 28 thousand 250 rubles in Sevastopol (about 453 USD).
The annexed Simferopol is on the fourth place by the cost of apartments. Rent for a month on average will cost 25 thousand 454 rubles (about 408 USD).
The cheapest apartments to rent are in Bakhchysarai 7 221 rubles per month (about 115 USD), in Saki - 10 358 rubles (about 166 USD) and in Sudak 13 774 rubles (about 221 USD).
Reportedly, Sevastopol topped the rating of Crimean resorts with the cheapest apartments by the sea. In Sevastopol, a studio area of 12 square meters can be bought for 1.3 million rubles (about 20 868 USD). The second place was taken by Koktebel, in third place was Alushta. On average, an apartment in the occupied Crimea costs 4.3 million rubles (about 69 025 USD), and the house - 13.8 million rubles (about 221 523 USD).
