Krasnoperekopsk (QHA) -

Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance) has denied entry to a large shipment of semi finished chicken to Crimea since the delivered documents pertained to another product.

The load including 3 tons of frozen broiler chickens and more than 16.5 tons of chicken fillet was delivered from Kiev region to Yevpatoria.

As stated in report, while document checking of a shipment, it was found that import permit for products of this enterprise-producer had been granted only for intact chicken carcasses. Therefore, there were no grounds to supply semi-finished chicken.

In addition, according to the press service, manufacture date on a label didn’t correspond to a date in the manufacturer's declaration. The whole shipment has been sent back to the territory of Ukraine.
