Open court project to support major reforms in Ukraine

The leaders of the ‘Open Court’ project will help Ukrainian and international companies to do honest business in Ukraine.

A round table conference on major reforms in the country, in particular the international investment problem and judiciary reforms, was held in the conference hall of the Sigma Bleyzer office and was attended by representatives of international and Ukrainian businesses, judges, government officials and the European partners of Ukraine.

The organizers of the round table showed a video on the raider attacks, as well as unlawful actions to have triggered the financial downturn in the Ukrainian market.

European participants focused on the intricacies of the Ukrainian legislation preventing the inflow of the foreign capital. In turn, the Ukrainian colleagues proposed possible solutions to improve the economic situation. In particular, Yulia Kovaliv, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade, voiced a list of measures on investment climate improvement in Ukraine.
