(QHA) -

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has amended its November resolution No. 699, equaling the officially registered displaced people from Crimea to residents of Ukraine when they carry out banking transactions, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

"An individual, who is a displaced person and received a certificate in Ukrainian law confirming his/her residence on the mainland of Ukraine, is a resident of Ukraine. For the purposes of identification of internally displaced persons the address mentioned in the certificate is considered the place of their residence," reads the resolution No. 810.

Resolution No. 810 takes effect following the day of its official publication.
