The agreement signed during the visit of Prime Minister of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu February 15, enters into force. According to the agreement, Turkey is to provide Ukraine with a loan in the amount of $ 50 million to carry out reforms in the state.

The Parliamentary Gazette of Turkey («Resmi Gazete») reported that the loan will be used to finance the state budget of Ukraine. The loan is issued for 5 years at 2.5% per annum.

The loan agreement was signed in the presence of the former Prime Minister of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu and his Ukrainian counterpart Arseniy Yatsenyuk on February 15 at the Cabinet of Ministers. On the same day, an agreement was signed between the Cabinet of Ministers and the Government of Turkey in the field of public health. As a sign of friendship, Turkey has provided a complete modular tent field hospital to support Ukraine's efforts in the field of healthcare.
