Crimea to sign cooperation memorandum with TICA

SIMFEROPOL (QHA) - In the frameworks of IV Black Sea Economic Forum, the Council of Ministers of Crimea and Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) will sign the memorandum of cooperation, informs Crimean News Agency. As reported earlier, on October 24-25, 2013 the IV International Black Sea Economic Forum, organized by the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, will take place in the Livadia Palace in Yalta. Note: TIKA is a government agency of the Prime Ministry of Turkey, established in 1992. The aim of the agency is to assist the developing countries in the fields of economics, education, tourism, trade, culture, agriculture, restoration of infrastructure. TICA cooperates with neighbor countries, mostly with Turkic-speaking. Many projects have been implemented by TICA, including ones in Crimea.
