CRIMEA (QHA) -

“The likelihood of crops deterioration and failure resulting from soil moisture deficit and high daytime temperatures still remains,” the Crimean Department of the Emergency Ministry (EMERCOM) reports.

Earlier on, Ukraine supplied 85% of Crimea’s needs in fresh water via the North Crimean Canal. The bulk of the water was used for general agricultural needs. However, water supply was suspended following Russia’s annexation of Crimea.
