Dzankoy (QHA) -

A shipment of semi-finished chicken, weight up to 18.7 tons, has been denied entry by Rosselkhoznadzor (Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance), reports the press service of the department.

The cargo was being transported from Cherkasy region to the city of Dzhankoy.

However, as stated by Rosselkhoznadzor, "veterinary control revealed the absence of documents confirming the current Customs Union standards for poultry meat."

The chicken shipment has been sent back to Ukraine.
