Christina Mikhailichenko won at the XI International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horovitz. International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horovitz is held within the framework of the World Federation of International Music Competitions (WFIMC) since 2004. In its status the competition is equal to such organizations as the Olympic Committee, FIFA, UNESCO, WHO. The contest was founded in 1995 in honor of the legendary Kyiv pianist Vladimir Horovitz.

Among the other top talented children are a schoolgirl from Mariupol, who invented a revolutionary method for plastic recycling, a eleven-year-old violinist who won the Grand Prix at the international song contest "Talents of Europe", a two-year Arina Shugalevich, who named all the capitals of the world and a student of the Lviv Lyceum who invented an effective way to deal with unpleasant odors in his home town.
