On the night of December 25, it became known that well-known musician and singer George Michael died in his own house in the United Kingdom at the age of 53, Billboard reported reports.

According to his manager, a version about a violent death was immediately dropped. A possible cause could be heart failure.

In 2011, George Michael suffered a severe form of pneumonia. Then he was on the verge of life and death; he could also lose his voice because of the apparatus of artificial ventilation.

George Michael was born in London in 1963. His musical career began in 1980 as a member of Wham duet. After its break up the singer began a solo career. The British musician won many musical awards, including three Grammy and five MTV awards. Michael's latest album was released in 2014.
