Minister of Culture of Ukraine Yevhen Nyshchuk urged all the Ukrainians to visit the art event "Donbass - UA: Reloading", a QHA correspondent reports.
“There is not only the ongoing war and shell bursts but also the clash of worldviews in the east of Ukraine. It is just the very case we can sew Ukraine together with culture,” he said.
The Minister also stressed that Donbas is very important for Ukraine:
“There are many famous people from Donbas in Ukraine. They have always been in harmony with the Ukrainian state.
Yevhen Nyshchuk went on to say about the preparation of the "Donbass - UA: Reloading” art campaign.
“It is very important that the Ministry of Culture has found means to implement this project in different aspects: as applied art, installation, theater and concert. And we would like to hold this event in different locations for three days, Yevhen Nyshchuk said.
QHA reported earlier that the "Donbas - UA: Reloading” art campaign was due to be held within the Ukrainian project of cultural integration "Ukrainian Donbas" on June 14 to 16, 2016.
The main purpose of the event is to promote the culture of Donbas, familiarize residents of other regions with different kinds of art, original traditions and the natural treasures of the eastern region.
