AQMESCIT/SIMFEROPOL - Fakiye Hakim – mother of three children appealed to the Majlis of Crimean Tatar nation and asked to support her son Alim Hakim the only Crimean Tatar, who reached the final of selection for ‘Junior Eurovision-2013’ in Ukraine.

Chairman of the Majlis of Crimean Tatar nation Mr. Mustafa Cemil wished Alim Hakim to win in the final of selection for ‘Junior Eurovision-2013’ in Ukraine, reports the press service of the Crimean Tatar National Majlis.

According to Alim’s mother, kid goes for music last two years, but during this time due to his diligence and voice he became the finalist of ‘Tatlı ses’ Children Music Contest, the holder of grand prize on international children festivals ‘U Chernogo morya’ and ‘Zvezdy Tavridy’.

Alim is invited for participation in ‘Golos deti’ music project by ‘1+1’ TV-channel in 2013 as well.

Fakiye Hakim says that People's Deputy of Ukraine Olena Netetska, Crimean Tatar TV-channel ATR and ‘Crimean development fun’ agreed to help Alim in the final of selection for ‘Junior Eurovision-2013’ in Ukraine. In the final Alim Hakim will perform the author’s song ‘Simple words’ (‘Prosti slova’).

This year Junior Eurovision Song Contest will go off in Ukraine, due to Nastya Petryk’s last year win.

Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2013 will take place on 30th of November in ‘Ukraine’ Palace. There are 8 confirmed participant countries and 6 possible ones.
