  Crimea's Education Ministry, KhAI mull cooperation AQMESCIT/ SIMFEROPIL (QHA) - The Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Crimea wants to cooperate with the Kharkiv Avitation Institute (KhAI).
Cooperation issues have been discussed at a meeting between the Crimean Minister of Education and Science, Youth and Sports, Vitalina Dzoz, and Science Professor, Chief Research Centre for Information Technology (KhAI), Ph.D. Vitalii Zaytsev, which was held on February 2.
The main subject of the meeting was the introduction of modern information and communication technologies in the Crimean education.
Following the results of the meeting, the sides agreed to conduct in Crimea Olympiads in Ukrainian language and Maths in late February – early March this year, winners of which will have privilege for admission to the KhAI.
The parties also agreed to implement the second stage to content the Crimean educational website launched in September 2011. By the end of May this year, the website will provide all the information necessary to teachers.
“Soon, teachers will have no need to look for new training programmes, plans, innovative teaching methods, as it all will be posted on the educational portal,” V. Dzoz said.
The minister and V. Zaytsev approved a joint action plan aimed at developing and implementing a unique pilot project in Crimea ‘The programme of distance teaching in the inclusion,’ which will enable children with disabilities to study on the Internet in accordance with the standard curriculum.
