Action ‘City of Joy’ held in Aqmescit (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

AQMESCIT/ SIMFEROPIL (QHA) - An action ‘City of Joy’ timed to the Random Acts of Kindness Day has been held in the capital of Crimea on February 17.
Initiator of the event is a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea, Olha Kovitidi.
Participants in the action walked along the central street of the city, gave flowers and balloons to passers-by.
O. Kovitidi called the event “the need of heart.”
“I like that we do not introduce ourselves to anyone, just give flowers and we are pleased to do so… We just remind that we need to do good deeds because goodness is what the blind can see and the deaf can hear. We need to rush to do good. Another old saying: do good and throw it into the sea, sooner or later it will nail your feet,” the organizer said.
